1Who Can Request Deletion

Skulo is used by schools to manage student, parent, and staff records. Because of this, the deletion process depends on your role:

Parents & Students

Request deletion through your school's administrator, or contact us directly and we will coordinate with the school.

Teachers & Staff

Request deletion through your school administrator, who manages staff accounts on the platform.

School Administrators

Can delete parent, student, and staff records directly from the School Admin panel, or request full school account closure from us.

Everyone Else

Email us at the address below with your registered mobile number/email and school name, and we will verify and process the request.

2How to Request Deletion

In-app (if available): Open Skulo → Profile → Settings → Request Account Deletion, and follow the confirmation steps.
Via your school: Contact your school office or school administrator and ask them to remove or deactivate your record.
Directly with us: Email support@digicraft24.online from your registered email (or mention your registered mobile number), including your full name, role (student/parent/teacher), and school name.

3What Gets Deleted

Once a deletion request is verified, we permanently remove or anonymize:

Your login credentials and account access
Your profile details (name, contact information, photo)
Device tokens used for push notifications
Personal identifiers linked to your account

Note: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to attendance history, results, homework records, and fee receipts stored in the App once your account is deleted.

4What May Be Retained

Some information may need to be retained even after account deletion, where the school or applicable law requires it:

Data	Reason for Retention
Academic and examination records	Required by schools for official record-keeping
Fee payment and transaction records	Accounting, audit, and tax compliance
Attendance history	Regulatory and institutional record requirements
Security and activity logs	Fraud prevention and platform security

Such data is retained only for as long as legally or operationally necessary and is not used for any other purpose after your account is deleted.

5Processing Time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete.
